Birth Transitions provides engaging, in-depth childbirth preparation classes in the Ridge-Meadows and Tri-Cities areas.  Couples can choose from a variety of formats, designed to suit even the busiest schedule while still delivering high-quality education.  Facilitator Trudy Noort has over 20 years of experience teaching classes, providing breastfeeding support as a La Leche League Leader, and attending births throughout the Lower Mainland as a professional doula.
