She has trained directly with Pam England, author of Birthing From Within® and is the first certified Birthing From Within® mentor and advisor in Manitoba, as well as the only Happiest Baby on the Block® certified instructor (CHBE) in the province.

Noreen has served on many various boards and committees, including South East Manitoba’s Maternal/Child Team, The College of Midwives of Manitoba (CMM) Education Committee and is a past-chairperson of the Manitoba Assocation for Childbirth and Family Education (MACFE).
