Stroller Strides of St. Louis

Stroller Strides of St. Louis is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies.  It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller.  Stroller Strides is taught by certified instructors that are also mommies.  It’s a great workout for any level of exerciser.

All you need to get started is you, your baby and a stroller that’s not prone to tipping.  We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of class and bring water, a hat/sunscreen for you and your baby and a mat or towel for ground exercises.

In addition to Stroller Strides class, we also offer Luna Mom’s club each week, community offerings and a much needed moms night out once a month!  Check out our classes, your first class is always FREE!
