I am a trained Doula working in York and Durham regions and have been the Helping Hands at about 20 hospital and home births.  I work with women to empower them to have an experience as close as possible to the one they had envisioned.  Birth is a beautiful and exciting event in a woman’s life and I would love to serve you through it.
